Jason and Michele shared a beautiful wedding day at the Sterling Hotel in Downtown Sacramento.
As the day began, Michele admitted to feeling a little nervous while getting ready with her lovely maid of honor, bridesmaids, and mom all by her side. Hair and makeup was finished, and it was time to put on the dress of her dreams from Elizabeth Bridal of Lodi. She added that her shoes and veil were also from there, because everything was just too perfect to pass up!
There were more than enough hands to help lace the corset back, and add the details just in time for Michele to be an absolutely beautiful bride and ready for a first look with her groom.
Nearby, Jason was finishing up with the final touches as well. He also had help from his specially selected best man and groomsmen, as he shook off the last nerves in anticipation of the first look with his bride to be.
Without further ado, it was time for Jason and Michele to share their first look and exchange gifts they had lovingly picked out for each other for this very moment...all while their bridal party watched from afar giggling and in awe.
They both admitted to feeling just a bit better after having seen each other, and felt like the nerves had melted away. Only a little bit remained as they rejoined their bridal party and lined up for the ceremony!
They had a special song in store for the guests, and the fellas danced as they entered the ceremony and walked down the aisle. Family and friends loved it!
But all were returned to quiet and awe when the beautiful bride made her appearance! As she was escorted by her mother toward the man of her dreams, and Christina Parri's "A Thousand Years" played in the background, Michele could not have looked happier.
The ceremony was short, but sweet, complete with vows that each had written for the other. The eloquence that Jason spoke with toward Michele, and the affection that Michele expressed toward Jason through their vows made it clear that these two were destined to be husband and wife.
Of course we had to have some fun with the newly excited family and bridal party after the ceremony! Everybody was so happy!
Photos were followed by a delicious dinner, and a fun-filled reception. Friends and family toasted the newlyweds, everybody looked on and snapped photos as cake was cut, and hopeful prospects participated in the bouquet toss and garter throw!
Not to mention tons of laughter, congratulatory wishes, and of course, dancing!
It seemed a long time coming for these two, and friends and family were bursting with joy for the happily married couple!
Congratulations to two wonderful people who truly found love! They were finally able to marry their true love-and it was perfect timing.
After all, "True love doesn't happen right away; it's an ever-growing process. It develops after you've gone through many ups and downs, when you've suffered together, cried together, laughed together."
Mr. and Mrs. Salomone: May you cherish each other for the rest of your days!
