After four years with Rosemont High School in Sacramento, Sammie is getting ready to move on to a new, and even more amazing chapter. With awesome memories behind her that include Senior Sunrise, playing Volleyball and Softball for the high school teams, Junior prom, Senior Ball, and everything in between, Sammie conquered high school and will be graduating with the Senior class of 2019!
In celebration, and to forever remember Sammie just as she is today, we had the pleasure of meeting up with this upcoming graduate to take a few photos! She killed it!
While she admits that she doesn't usually "girl it up", we would have never known as she posed so perfectly in her Senior Ball dress. Her radiance and confidence definitely came through as the sun was beginning to set just beyond her.
Toward the end of the evening, off to the distance, there was music playing. Sammie-as free-spirited as she is-started dancing. We took a few fun candids between takes, as she appeared so carefree and happy. What fun!
Even more telling about what kind of person Sammie is, during her session, as mom watched from behind the scenes, just as we asked if there was anything else she would like in her pictures, she asked to take one with mom. AWWW! Our hearts melted! That never happens!
And, of course we couldn't leave without taking a few photos in her softball gear. Having been a catcher for the RHS softball team, this was something she couldn't leave without doing! After all, she was recruited by Folsom Lake College just because of her accomplishments and antics on the field. Go Falcons!
Congratulations to Sammie as she begins a new adventure. We know that she will do well and hope she has a blast as she furthers her education and continues playing Softball!!! Congrats Sammie! This is only the beginning...
