Ben and Danielle were married before family and friends on a beautiful day, closing out the end of September.
They had met for the first time about 8 years prior, but at the time, it didn't necessarily occur to them that they were made for each other. Danielle had gone camping with her friend Sarah and her boyfriend, Aaron-who had invited Ben. They hit it off, but admit the timing just wasn't right.
A year later, they had a brief encounter again, as they were both invited to a bachelor/bachelorette party in Capitola. They laughed together and felt a spark, but again, after the party, went their own ways.
Finally, another year later, they found themselves guests at another bachelor/bachelorette party! This time, they say, they couldn't deny what was there between them. And from the sound of it, it doesn't sound like either one was willing to endure another year before seeing each other again! They decided to begin a long distance relationship, and by the end of the year, got even closer as Ben moved from Ashland to Capitola to be with Danielle for once and for all.
Three years after their first official date on a beach, Ben proposed to Danielle on that same beach. Of course she said yes, which brings us to their best day ever! -Their wedding day!
Danielle was getting ready at Scribner Bend, and was surrounded by her mother and friends as she got ready for a first look with her husband-to-be.
Ben arrived and was grinning from ear to ear as he awaited his first look with Danielle. The nerves were definitely there, but he maintained.
Just after the first look, family and friends were beginning to arrive, and were eager for the opportunity to be pictured with the bride and groom!
With the excitement building, it was time for the ceremony! Before being seated, guests were asked to each take a rock to hold, and bestow well wishes upon for the couple. During the ceremony, they celebrated their love becoming one with a candle lighting. They said their vows, exchanged rings, and happily said "I do". With a kiss, they were married, and could not have looked happier!
The tables were set and details were gorgeous as guests were beginning to head over to the reception after cocktail hour.
The newlyweds were introduced to an eager audience! What can you expect when your guests of honor enter a room like Key and Peele-Aerobics Meltdown? What fun!!!
Dinner was served, followed by the couple being toasted by family and friends who could not have been more delighted to be there.
There was plenty of pie, and tons of dancing! It was obvious that this couple is fun, and judging from the always packed dance floor, it didn't seem that there was a person there that didn't hit the dance floor with them at least once through the night!
It was wonderful to spend the day with Ben and Danielle! Their kindness, fun, and love for each other made the day perfect! We are so happy to know that as they move forward in the future, they will get to forevermore go to family gatherings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, camping, and everything in between as husband and wife!
"When two souls are destined to be together, nothing will keep them apart."
Congratulations to a beautiful couple! May you live happily ever after!
